FINNISH SAUNA

The Finnish sauna with a generous floor area of 36 m² will help you to relax, enjoy time with your friends, or simply have a moment just for yourself. To add more pleasure, the warming-up phase is accompanied by relaxing music and subtle chill-out lighting.

STEAM SAUNA

You can enhance your physical and mental well-being in our pleasant aromatic steam sauna. The beautiful interior features a glittering mosaic and a vaulted ceiling resembling a starlit sky.

SAUNA RITUALS

We would like to introduce you to a unique wellness experience at EFI SPA Hotel**** Superior & Pivovar – sauna rituals. Enjoy unforgettable moments designed to promote relaxation, regeneration and overall well-being. Sauna rituals are completely free of charge for EFI SPA wellness visitors.

The new sauna ritual season begins on Thursday, 1 October 2026. From this date, the rituals will take place every Thursday from 18:00 to 21:00.

There will be four rituals during the evening, starting every hour at 18:00, 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00. Each ritual lasts approximately 15 minutes and is led by our professional sauna master. The rituals usually take place in the Finnish sauna and may also include a peeling treatment in the steam sauna.

The programme also includes one music relaxation session in the relaxation area, helping you to relieve stress and unwind both physically and mentally. Please ask at reception for further information.

WHIRLPOOL

The wellness area also includes a whirlpool allowing up to 6 guests to immerse themselves in an oasis of calm and harmony.

RELAXATION AREA

After a sauna or treatment in the hyperbaric chamber, you can rest in the unique three-floor relaxation area in the tower of the EFI SPA Hotel. The ambience is complemented by artwork by Marek Číhal.

OXYLIFE

The OXYLIFE hyperbaric chamber will enhance the blood circulation in your tissues and improve the oxygenation of your entire organism. This will boost your vitality and the quality of your breathing and harmonise your sleep, all of which contribute to your overall quality of life.

Treatments in the hyperbaric chamber can also be a great way to support recovery after Covid-19.

REFRESHMENTS

Proper hydration and healthy snacks are an essential part of the wellness experience. Visitors to EFI SPA can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, fresh water and a selection of dried fruits and nuts.
